Area Manager

About the role

Lead a portfolio of teaching staff and drive quality and consistency across a market. Grow revenue and retention while building relationships with families, schools and community partners.

What you will do

• Recruit, develop, motivate and engage a talented team of teaching staff
• Manage a business portfolio, spot sales opportunities and make decisions that improve revenue and retention
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, schools, district leaders and licensing authorities

What they look for

• At least one year of leadership experience, ideally across multiple sites
• Strong customer service, organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead several situations effectively at once
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role
• Able to use a computer, lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors

Nice to have

• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience
• Knowledge of NAEYC or NAC standards and state licensing

Pay

USD 66,500 to 112,250 per year
