Ascending Service Manager

About the role

Support the Service Manager in growing sales, resolving customer complaints and overseeing service technicians, with a path toward running the service operation.

What you will do

• Run effective weekly training sessions for the team
• Assess field performance and give one to one feedback
• Create and apply development and disciplinary plans
• Learn every part of the Service Manager's daily duties
• Report to work reliably and on time each working day

What they look for

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with foundation repair terminology, methods and practices
• Proven service or customer service experience
• Strong leadership, management, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office and other data tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
