Associate Account Manager, Benelux and Nordics

About the role

You will look after a set of customer accounts, handling renewals and finding chances to expand usage among smaller research teams and departmental buyers. The role is a stepping stone toward a full account executive position.

What you will do

• Own the complete renewal process for your assigned accounts
• Spot and close growth opportunities with departmental buyers and smaller research teams
• Work alongside strategic account executives, customer success and the wider sales team
• Help customers renew, adopt the products and expand their use
• Travel at least 30 percent of the time for customer meetings and quarterly reviews
