Associate Director, Access Strategy and Marketing

About the role

Focuses on the short and medium term non-clinical value story for payers, clinicians and channel partners. Works closely with brand marketing, national accounts, HEOR, regulatory and compliance.

What you will do

• Develop access marketing strategy and materials for payers, PBMs, IDNs, GPOs and channel partners
• Turn clinical, economic and real-world evidence into messages for each customer segment
• Run a customer insights plan with national accounts and field teams
• Coordinate launch readiness across market access teams and train on materials
• Manage agency projects, timelines, deliverables and assigned budgets

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years in marketing, product planning or managed care
• Experience with new product launches and tactical execution
• Solid grasp of the access landscape and its stakeholders
• Strong organization and ability to hit deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication, with travel up to 25%

Nice to have

• 8 or more years in marketing or managed care
• Experience with oral oncolytic products
