District Business Manager

About the role

Lead a field sales team selling medical devices across a district, driving market penetration, customer education and revenue growth. The role combines people leadership with hands-on territory strategy.

What you will do

• Recruit, coach and direct a high-performing district sales team
• Oversee territory managers, account representatives and clinical account managers
• Work alongside the team in the field to build skills and territory plans
• Build relationships with diabetes centres, clinicians and industry groups
• Track district spending and report sales performance and KPIs to leadership
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to grow the market

• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team
• Experience managing a cross-functional field sales organisation
• Strong grasp of medical device or healthcare sales
• Skill at coaching both strong and underperforming team members
• Comfort working with pharmacies, clinicians and equipment providers
