Full-Cycle Sales Representative

About the role

The first dedicated sales hire owning the whole funnel from prospecting to close at an early-stage software firm serving field service businesses. The role reports directly to the founder.

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from research and outreach through close and handoff
• Respond to inbound leads quickly by phone, email and text
• Run discovery calls and product demos with customer success support
• Send proposals and quotes, secure signatures and confirm kickoff details
• Prospect outbound through research, call lists and cold outreach
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline hygiene and light weekly reporting

What they look for

• Proven B2B software closing experience, not appointment setting alone
• Excellent spoken English for leading demos and discovery calls independently
• Self-directed with a high ownership mindset
• Strong CRM discipline and consistent adherence to a documented sales process
• Reliable availability during US business hours and strong phone skills
