Backend Developer, .NET Core and SQL Server

About the role

Build scalable, secure enterprise applications and REST APIs on .NET Core, and manage SQL Server databases for high traffic systems. The role is remote on a day shift.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, secure enterprise applications that handle high traffic
• Create and maintain robust REST APIs following .NET Core best practices
• Manage SQL Server databases, tuning queries, performance and data models
• Apply strong security practices to APIs and microservices
• Work independently with high ownership and proactivity

What they look for

• At least three years of professional backend development experience
• Strong hands on .NET Core expertise
• Solid SQL Server experience with queries, performance tuning and data modeling
• Proven background building and maintaining REST APIs
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership

Nice to have

• AWS cloud experience
• Familiarity with front end frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Next.js
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience in system design or solution architecture
