What you will do

  • Own complex billing and revenue cycle cases: claims lifecycle, coding logic, payer denials, A/R and collections
  • Step into escalations when a specialist hits a billing nuance beyond scripted troubleshooting
  • Work out a practice's billing context, such as payment model and staffing, to tell product issues from configuration problems
  • Turn recurring edge cases and denial trends into structured feedback for Product
  • Maintain billing knowledge base articles, SOPs and macros, and help tune the AI case assistant's billing suggestions

  • At least 3 years of hands-on medical billing or revenue cycle work, gained outside a support organisation
  • Fluency in CPT and ICD-10 coding logic, claims adjudication and payer rules for commercial and government payers
  • Experience in an EHR, practice management or medical billing platform such as Epic, athenahealth or Waystar
  • Clear written and verbal communication for practices and internal teams
  • Comfort working a live case queue day to day
