What you will do
- Own complex billing and revenue cycle cases requiring practitioner-level judgment
- Serve as the escalation resource for billing nuances beyond scripted troubleshooting
- Diagnose practice billing context to separate product issues from configuration mismatches
- Feed recurring billing edge cases and denial trends back to Product teams
- Maintain billing knowledge base, SOPs and macros, and calibrate AI case suggestions
- Track billing case quality and resolution metrics, flagging systemic patterns

- At least 3 years of hands-on medical billing or revenue cycle management experience
- Fluency in CPT and ICD-10 coding logic, claims adjudication and payer rules
- Experience with an EHR, practice management or medical billing platform
