What you will do

Request and obtain medical records, bills, police reports, photos and insurance documents
Follow up with hospitals, providers, imaging centers, employers and agencies on open requests
Upload and label case documents accurately in Litify
Track treatment updates, contact clients and handle follow-ups across active files
Identify documentation gaps and follow through until records and bills are complete
Process incoming correspondence, faxes and electronic documents and route them to case files

What they look for

Prior experience at a US personal injury law firm with hands-on retrieval of medical records and bills
Ability to handle both records clerk and case manager assistant duties, including treatment tracking and demand preparation
Strong written and spoken English for contact with clients, providers and insurers
Excellent organisation and follow-through on many cases and deadlines independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, plus Litify or a similar legal case management platform
Full-time availability during Pacific hours with reliable internet, suitable equipment and a dedicated workspace

Nice to have

Direct Litify experience for organising documents and tracking requests
Experience requesting HIPAA authorizations and maintaining treatment updates
Experience coordinating with multiple medical providers
