What you will do
- Drive transformation of processes, systems, data and working practices across engineering and related teams
- Provide engineering input into bespoke precast concrete solutions for energy, water and infrastructure projects
- Interpret customer and project requirements and shape practical, manufacturable and commercially viable designs
- Support project delivery and coordinate with operations, manufacturing and commercial colleagues

- Experience in a civil or structural design and technical environment, such as consultancy, design and build, or products manufacturing
- Civil engineering, structural engineering or construction qualifications, ideally degree level
- Accreditation with a professional body such as IStructE or ICE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural engineering and modelling software
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder communication skills, with flexibility to adapt to change
Nice to have
- Extensive knowledge of reinforced and precast concrete design and loadings
- Experience with SCIA and Allplan software
