About the role

A program that backs entrepreneurs to launch and grow their own companies. You take ownership of a supply chain venture and build it toward major scale.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup in a field such as supply chain
• Follow a tailored development program focused on goals, time and energy management
• Use the network to recruit talent and gather advice from experienced founders
• Work through intensive coaching to prepare the venture for fundraising
• Iterate on the product until market fit and build a sales or marketing engine

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and grow it past 100 million in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
