Client Delivery Manager

About the role

Own relationships and delivery for a portfolio of client engagements, guiding middle-market businesses as they adopt AI, automation and analytics, and coordinating internal technical teams to deliver measurable value.

What you will do

• Act as main point of contact for a set of ongoing clients and build trust with executives and other stakeholders
• Handle daily communication, project updates and difficult conversations about delays or technical problems
• Own client roadmaps, timelines and milestones from planning through completion
• Hold internal teams accountable for commitments and flag risks early with action plans
• Translate complex client needs into clear problem statements and work with engineers to unblock delivery
• Frame updates around ROI, time saved, operational gains and reduced risk, and spot chances to expand engagements

What they look for

• Three to five or more years in engagement, program or project management, consulting, client delivery, technical account management or busin
• Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate confidently with US executives
• Strong executive presence and the ability to act as a senior delivery partner
• Sound business judgment, weighing trade-offs and prioritizing amid ambiguity
• Familiarity with modern APIs, software workflows and automation concepts
• Comfort turning unstructured problems into practical solutions through collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, SaaS, technology or consulting setting
• Experience serving mid-market businesses
