Sales Development Representative

About the role

Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving outbound outreach and discovery to grow the customer base. The role shapes go-to-market targeting across key industries.

What you will do

• Research and identify ideal client profiles across verticals
• Run outbound campaigns through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and event outreach
• Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and Salesforce for outreach and follow-ups
• Keep active nurturing cadences while focusing weekly on high value target accounts
• Hold discovery calls to learn client needs, challenges and buying processes
• Log activities in the CRM, track KPIs and lead statuses, and feed targeting insights back to marketing
