Client Delivery Manager

About the role

Own client relationships and delivery for a portfolio of engagements, helping mid-market firms adopt AI, automation and analytics. Act as a trusted partner to executives and coordinate technical teams.

What you will do

• Serve as main contact for a set of ongoing clients
• Lead roadmaps, timelines and delivery milestones end to end
• Hold internal teams to commitments and flag risks early
• Turn complex client needs into clear problem statements
• Work with engineers to resolve issues and unblock work
• Tie deliverables to measurable business outcomes and ROI

What they look for

• Three to five or more years in engagement, program or project management, consulting, client delivery or technical account management
• Excellent spoken and written English for US executive audiences
• Strong executive presence as a senior delivery partner
• Sound business judgment and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize and weigh trade offs

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, SaaS, technology or consulting setting
• Work with mid-market businesses
