Client Solutions Representative

About the role

Remote role supporting clients with vacation planning by researching options, coordinating services and offering clear guidance. Training and ongoing support are provided, and no prior travel experience is required.

What you will do

• Collect client details such as destinations, dates, budgets, preferences and special requests
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transport, tours, activities and vacation packages
• Help clients review choices and coordinate services through approved suppliers
• Keep confirmations, reservation details, schedules and itineraries organized
• Respond to routine questions, give updates, follow up and handle standard changes
• Maintain accurate client records and keep building destination and supplier knowledge
