About the role

Entrepreneurs are recruited to launch and grow their own space technology ventures, with backing from experienced founders. Participants receive salary or funding while they build.

What you will do

• Take ownership of a new space technology startup and run it day to day
• Complete a personal development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Draw on a large professional network to recruit talent
• Work with mentors to refine the product until it fits the market
• Build a sales team or marketing operation with guidance
• Prepare the company to raise a substantial funding round

What they look for

• Located in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and grow it past 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
