Own and grow the governance, risk and compliance program, with a focus on certifications and audits, working across security, engineering, legal and sales teams.
What you will do
- Design and tailor controls, gather evidence and train internal teams
- Work directly with auditors and manage remediation through to completion
- Prepare the company for additional frameworks as the business grows
- Build relationships with stakeholders across security, engineering, IT, legal, people and sales
- Identify and implement improvements to simplify compliance processes

- Hands-on experience owning audit and certification programs end to end
- Ability to work across functions and drive follow-up work to completion
- Working hours overlapping with GMT-3 for at least 20 hours per week
