What you will do

  • Lead discovery with client stakeholders to pin down goals, workflows, priorities and how success will be measured
  • Turn those needs into a project plan with scope, outcomes, milestones, roles, timeline and budget
  • Own delivery from kickoff to adoption, watching time-to-value, satisfaction, delivered hours, realization and utilization
  • Bring data migration and integration colleagues together with the client around priorities and commitments
  • Help map, transform and validate data from several sources so it fits the client's processes
  • Recommend and configure the solution using product knowledge and industry practice
