What you will do

• Write and produce alumni communications that follow each client's style guide and objectives
• Draft interview questions, conduct interviews and write feature articles about alumni
• Align content with client messaging and keep account managers and editors informed
• Juggle several assignments at once and meet deadlines in a fast paced setting
• Use approved AI tools for research and drafting while keeping final copy up to editorial standards

• Strong organization and project management skills with attention to detail
• Confidence interviewing by phone, video and email
• Ability to adapt tone to different client voices and specifications
