What you will do
- Perform all daily credentialing functions and review completed files, approval dates, license expirations and provider data for quality
- Track the status of provider credentialing files and share updates with the credentialing verification organization
- Enter and maintain accurate provider information such as NPI numbers and CAQH profile details
- Communicate with providers through Zendesk and coordinate with the verification organization to complete credentialing on time
- Help the credentialing manager streamline processes, prepare for the credentialing committee and report on key performance indicators
