CRM Manager

About the role

Own CRM strategy across casino and sports betting brands, guiding players through every stage of their lifecycle with data driven campaigns and promotions.

What you will do

• Plan and run CRM strategy for casino and sports betting brands across the whole customer lifecycle
• Lead promotional campaign planning and analysis for acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation
• Create and maintain detailed player segments built on behavioural and transactional data
• Design, run and assess A/B and multivariate tests to sharpen CRM results
• Coordinate multichannel campaigns over email, SMS, push notifications and automated calls
• Build automated player journeys and retention funnels, and track key CRM metrics regularly

What they look for

• At least three years of CRM experience in casino and sports betting
• Track record in segmentation strategy and personalised communication
• Practical work with email, SMS, push and similar CRM channels
• Advanced analytics skills and the ability to turn large data sets into actions
• Upper intermediate English or better, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with gamification or engagement tools such as quests and challenges
