What you will do
- Guide new customers through onboarding with Sales, recording their goals, expectations and success criteria
- Build trusted ties with customer engineering, operations and implementation teams
- Increase product adoption using data analysis and structured customer success methods
- Spot upsell and cross-sell chances that match customer goals, working with account management
- Track customer health and success metrics to catch and reduce post-sales risks
- Coordinate cross-team responses to serious customer issues and keep communication timely
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering or communications, or equivalent experience
- At least two years in telecommunications in a customer engagement role such as customer success, technical support or service delivery
- Some exposure to or understanding of optical and DWDM technology
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills for customers and internal stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales customer engagement
- Leadership behaviours grounded in integrity and customer satisfaction
- Analytical techniques that turn data into actionable insights
