- Give low-latency, context-aware support so customers get the most from the infrastructure
- Manage impacts to compute, storage and network pools to meet SLA commitments
- Help triage inbound customer cases and keep workflows moving
- Send timely incident updates and escalate when needed
- Maintain documentation, standards and runbooks for the focus area
- Assist SRE with fleet management, firmware and configuration upgrades and planned maintenance
