  • Keep account records, contacts, notes and risk flags accurate in Totango, Salesforce and other CS tools
  • Pull together health, adoption and usage data and prepare account reports for CSMs and leaders
  • Check priority lists for missing data, falling usage, open issues and upcoming renewals
  • Help assemble materials for executive business reviews and save discussions, then track follow-ups
