What you will do

• Serve as main contact for integrated carriers in multiple markets, from onboarding to ongoing growth.
• Take ownership of adoption and performance metrics per carrier, such as locker utilisation and integration health.
• Spot carrier blockers early and engage the appropriate internal teams to clear them.
• Convert carrier needs into prioritised roadmap input, pushing back when an issue is local rather than platform-wide.
• Share insights and best practices among carriers and markets.
• Lead monthly reporting, including a consolidated group report and individual carrier reports.

What they look for

• At least three years in customer success, account or partner management within B2B platform, SaaS or logistics technology.
• Demonstrated record of moving a KPI, with clear knowledge of baseline, actions and results.
• Comfort with data tools such as Looker, Mixpanel or SQL and BigQuery, and ability to turn dashboards into actionable stories.
• Experience with technical products and integrations sufficient to work credibly with engineers and product managers.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Background in parcel delivery or last-mile logistics.
• Experience with lockers, PUDO networks or carrier integrations.
• German at B2 level or above.
