What you will do

  • Drive adoption of the platform across your named accounts and keep the return on investment visible
  • Advise on best practices and workflows, and run management business reviews
  • Build relationships with several people in each customer organisation, not just one contact
  • Spot risks in accounts and either fix them or escalate quickly
  • Teach customers how to use the platform and track communication, issues and metrics in customer management tools
  • Share customer feedback with sales, services, marketing, product and engineering, and work with sales on upcoming renewals

What they look for

  • A degree, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, in a related field
  • Two years in customer success, customer service, account management or sales
  • Ability to break down complex problems and explain them plainly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable giving consultative advice
  • Good time management and prioritisation
