What you will do
- Handle customer questions, requests and changes to orders as the main point of contact
- Process daily orders arriving by phone, email, fax, EDI and an online portal
- Maintain the order portal and release or adjust orders in the ERP system
- Suggest order quantities to customers based on inventory needs
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and logistics to support extra orders and on-time delivery
- Track success metrics, update revenue reports and flag stock shortages to supply chain
