Customer Support Representative (Danish Speaking, Remote)

About the role

A front-line support role for Danish speakers, answering questions and solving problems to leave customers satisfied. The team is based in Athens with remote work and a five-day week of eight-hour shifts.

What you will do

• Decide when to resolve a case directly and when to escalate it
• Follow up on open cases so none are left unattended
• Help build a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere

What they look for

• Fluent Danish
• Able to stay organized while handling several cases at the same time
• Clear and professional communication in writing and speech
• Comfortable in a fast-moving customer-facing position
