Support Engineer

About the role

A Tier 2 support role triaging and resolving technical requests escalated through the support system, working closely with product and engineering teams.

What you will do

• Triage, escalate and resolve technical requests from clients and colleagues
• Respond quickly, assessing root cause, workarounds and resolution options
• Provide live coverage when needed during clinician support hours
• Coordinate internal requests and track work in progress
• Build and refine workflows for triaging and escalating support tickets
• Develop internal tooling that surfaces the causes behind support requests

What they look for

• Three to five years working with engineering teams on escalated issues
• Three to five years resolving API-related problems
• Exposure to healthcare organisations and clinicians

• Familiarity with provider credentialing
