Data Entry Specialist

About the role

A remote role focused on keeping digital records accurate and well organized across company systems. The specialist verifies, corrects and maintains information so business operations run smoothly.

What you will do

• Enter, update and verify information in databases, spreadsheets and digital platforms
• Check source documents for completeness and consistency, fixing errors and duplicates
• Run routine quality checks and validation on stored records
• Categorize and file electronic records so they are easy to find
• Move details from forms, invoices and reports into designated systems
• Produce simple summaries and reports for teams and managers

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Fast typing with strong accuracy
• Good grasp of spreadsheet formatting, validation and digital filing
• Keen eye for detail and strong organizing ability
• Reliable internet and a suitable computer for remote work

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems or enterprise databases
• Familiarity with cleaning, deduplicating and verifying data
• Use of administrative platforms, inventory or document systems
• Knowledge of basic reporting and spreadsheet formulas

Pay

USD 45,000 to 55,000 per year
