Own a territory end to end, from prospecting to closing new enterprise clients for a coaching platform sold to HR and learning leaders. Help scale new business in a growing team.
What you will do
- Find, meet, negotiate with and close new clients in your territory
- Build end-to-end sales systems and processes that support sustainable revenue growth
What they look for
- At least three years as an Account Executive selling to HR, People, Talent or Learning and Development buyers
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Experience with complex B2B sales involving many stakeholders
- Have sold into US, Canada or UK markets
- Methodical and rigorous with a sense of urgency
- Fluent and articulate in English, spoken and written

- Entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable with limited structure and processes
- Curious, action-oriented and a team player
