What you will do
- Onboard customers and analyse and optimise their workflows to meet their objectives
- Train clinical teams and users on the digital solutions and their operation
- Monitor and drive product utilisation among customers and clinical users
- Troubleshoot installed systems and document issues for technical support teams
- Support sales and marketing with presentations, demos and internal training
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, decision-makers and IT managers
