What you will do

• Run the highest-priority cross-functional deployment workstreams from framing through decision and delivery
• Pull technical, commercial, regulatory, financial, construction and government inputs into one recommendation
• Write decision memos, executive updates and implementation plans that stand alone
• Stand in for the Senior Director in set meetings and follow through within that mandate
• Turn lessons from live projects into repeatable deployment practices

What they look for

• Roughly ten years of relevant experience, though demonstrated scope and outcomes count more
• A track record of leading complex cross-functional work from an unclear start to a concrete result
• Ability to sway senior leaders and experts without formal authority
• Clear, active writing and speaking
• Quick grasp of technical and operational topics, with precise questions that respect domain expertise
• Experience carrying decisions into execution and adjusting as facts change

Nice to have

• Background in complex programs, infrastructure, government programs or regulated hardware fields such as energy, nuclear, aerospace or defen
