About the role

Lead the digital growth engine that drives new customer acquisition and expansion across mid-market and enterprise segments worldwide. The role owns a large digital budget and is judged on pipeline and revenue outcomes.

What you will do

• Turn stakeholder briefs into demand generation plans, traffic strategies and budget proposals
• Run paid, email and digital execution for global campaigns and report results to campaign owners
• Own always-on acquisition programs such as paid search, paid social and lifecycle nurture
• Direct the media agency, set priorities, manage scope and run quarterly reviews

What they look for

• Six or more years leading and developing marketing teams, including experienced marketers
• Hands-on ability to build a playbook and then scale it across a team
• Skill in allocating budget by pipeline and bookings and reallocating based on data
