Director, Technology Alliance Partnerships

About the role

Lead the whole technology alliance partner ecosystem, setting strategy with product teams and turning partnerships into revenue. The role blends high level vision with hands on execution and team leadership.

What you will do

• Own the alliance partner strategy across platform, OEM, integration and content creator partner types
• Direct the most strategic technology partnerships, including joint planning with key allies
• Run the cloud platform partnership covering co-selling, marketplace and platform alignment
• Create and execute joint go to market plans that produce qualified leads and pipeline
• Find, recruit and launch new partners from evaluation through integration and readiness
• Lead, coach and grow a group of technology alliance managers

What they look for

• At least five years in technology alliances, partner business development or ecosystem strategy
• Progressive leadership experience across those years
• Proven record of building and scaling partner programs
• Evidence of generating partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline
