What you will do
- Build US access forecasts covering gross and net pricing, expected payer coverage and how coverage quality affects prescribing and fills
- Design approaches that improve payer coverage, patient affordability and revenue across several indications and therapy areas
- Run payer research, examine secondary data and blend internal experience into assumptions and advice
- Review trial designs for access risks and chances to strengthen coverage, such as dosing, endpoints, comparators or cost-offset data

- Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, health policy or similar qualification preferred
- At least seven years in pharma across market access, marketing, managed care finance, analytics or business development
- Grasp of US healthcare dynamics and what drives the value of medicines
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate in a matrixed organisation
- Able to analyse complex business issues and link commercial, financial and clinical views into stronger value propositions
