About the role

Own growth for new consumer product lines, leading paid acquisition strategy and unit economics from early traction to efficient scale. Act as the acquisition lead for each product, shaping how it goes to market.

What you will do

• Set and defend targets for acquisition cost, marketing efficiency and contribution margin
• Build unit economics models with product leaders and finance, then decide when to scale or pull back
• Plan launches with go-to-market teams, including positioning, offer and pricing tests
• Run paid channels such as Meta and Google hands-on and design campaign structures that scale
• Design incrementality tests and holdouts, measuring spend impact across retail, marketplace and direct sales

What they look for

• Experience making profit and loss level tradeoffs with finance and general manager stakeholders
• Track record launching and scaling several paid channels while staying hands-on in ad accounts
• Strong grasp of unit economics including customer acquisition cost and marketing efficiency ratio
