Account Executive, Sales Team, East Coast Region

About the role

Sell net new clients into a brokerage book across the East Coast region, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The role works with lead generation, consulting teams and external partners.

What you will do

• Prospect outbound through email, LinkedIn and phone
• Target companies by size, revenue, industry or geography
• Build relationships with prospects and partners to win new business
• Prepare and deliver marketing materials, analysis and recommendations
• Give product demonstrations internally and to prospects
• Qualify inbound leads and gauge buying readiness and timelines

What they look for

• Two to five years of sales experience
• Knowledge of the benefits market and ability to present to large groups
• Life and Health Insurance licence, or willingness to obtain one
• Track record of accurate forecasting and hitting revenue targets
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup setting and a remote work environment
• CRM experience

Nice to have

• Prior software (SaaS) or HRIS/HCM sales, or selling into HR
• Strong interest in the technology sector
