Senior Digital Analytics Strategist

About the role

A senior analytics role leading a growing measurement practice, combining technical implementation work with advising client marketing leaders on what to measure and why.

What you will do

• Set client measurement strategy, defining KPIs and plans that guide business decisions
• Audit tracking setups across GA4, GTM, server-side tagging and ecommerce tools to find accuracy and compliance gaps
• Own implementation specs, QA and post-launch monitoring, including data layers, event models and BigQuery integration
• Present findings and recommendations on client calls with a clear point of view and clear ownership
• Advise on attribution, multi-touch journeys and consent and privacy compliance with developers and legal teams
• Help standardize deliverables, refine the tool stack and support sales scoping and pitches

What they look for

• Seven or more years in analytics, measurement strategy or digital strategy, ideally agency or consulting
• Fluency in GA4, client and server side Tag Manager, and BigQuery, plus ecommerce analytics experience
• Ability to explain complex issues plainly and lead client and prospect conversations
• Practical knowledge of consent platforms and privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA and CPRA
• A view on attribution, off-site journeys and how AI is reshaping search and shopping
• Experience with Shopify or Drupal, including headless builds

• Mentoring analysts or helping build an analytics service offering
• Developing processes that bring AI into the workflow
