Director of Legal Education

About the role

Serves as the main representative of a bar review programme at assigned law schools, leading student outreach and ambassador teams to support bar exam readiness and enrolment.

What you will do

• Manage full account relationships with law school administration, deans, faculty, support teams and students
• Travel to assigned law schools to meet faculty, administrators and students
• Act as subject matter expert on bar exams and company offerings
• Deliver presentations and workshops that support student success and exam readiness
• Run outreach strategies to identify, engage and enrol students
• Recruit, train and manage student ambassador teams, tracking engagement and campus events

What they look for

• JD law degree, with state bar admission or an active licence not required
• Proven experience developing and executing account strategies
• Strong relationship and account management skills with academic stakeholders
• Strong presentation and public speaking ability for diverse audiences
• Leadership skills to recruit, train and motivate campus-based teams
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking tools, plus strong organisation and a valid driver's licence

Nice to have

• Two or more years of management experience, preferably sales-focused
• Experience selling in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• B2B consultative selling within educational institutions

Pay

USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year
