Support day-to-day management of a sales portfolio, guiding client projects from order placement to delivery while coordinating with outside sales, account management and the chief revenue officer. The role is home-based and works US hours.

What you will do
- Brainstorm branded merchandise ideas that fit each client's project
- Prepare formal quotes and build and place sales orders
- Review and approve invoices, and send proofs to clients for sign-off
- Manage each job day to day to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve order and production problems through to completion
- Place sample and spec orders needing factory purchase orders and keep the CRM updated

- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Availability for overnight shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail and follow-up
