Social Media Manager

About the role

Lead always-on social content for a set of well-known brand accounts, from strategy through publishing and community management to performance reporting, as the day to day client contact.

What you will do

• Own content strategies for US brand accounts, defining formats, content pillars and creative direction on TikTok, Instagram and other channe
• Run content planning end to end, covering calendars, briefs, approvals, publishing and community management
• Direct production from freelance designers, photographers and videographers plus internal design and influencer teams, attending shoots when
• Serve as main client contact, running status calls, preparing quarterly reviews and challenging briefs that do not fit the platform or audie
• Turn performance data into insights, trend reports and recommendations, working with strategy, creative, influencer and paid teams

What they look for

• Three to five years of hands-on social media management, ideally at an agency, with results on brand accounts
• Solid command of social analytics platforms
• Platform first thinking with TikTok and Instagram as core strengths
• Ability to create content personally, designed or filmed on a phone
• Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva
