Director of Partnerships and Business Development

About the role

A leadership role owning the partnerships function for a care coordination technology company, building structure and measurable growth from an existing network of partner relationships. The position reports to a growth executive and leads a team of partnership managers.

What you will do

• Own partnership strategy and roadmap across the full partner portfolio, including association, group purchasing, certification body and whit
• Create, formalise and negotiate partner agreements covering commercial terms, attribution and credit structures
• Build the infrastructure the function needs to scale, such as contract frameworks, pipeline tracking and partner return measurement

What they look for

• Experience building or significantly scaling a partnership, channel or business development function, ideally from an early or unstructured
• Ability to think in systems as well as relationships, structuring agreements and defining and reporting partner performance
• Prior people leadership and comfort negotiating contracts directly while setting a multi year partner vision
