Lead the people side of merging several acquired companies into one international group, reporting to the CEO. The role is strategic and hands-on, with no large HR team behind it.

What you will do
- Define the future organisational model with the CEO and managing directors and drive it forward
- Bring acquired firms into the group on structure, roles, leadership levels, pay logic and culture
- Create a group-wide job and role framework and align structures across countries
- Coach managers through change, including difficult performance conversations
- Own internal change communication and advise the CEO on it
- Build retention plans for key staff and prepare legally sound workforce adjustments

- Hands-on experience of acquisitions and post-merger integration from a people angle
- Experience owning restructuring and conducting separation talks with composure
- Knowledge of Swiss and German employment law, willing to learn other jurisdictions
- Process-oriented thinker who gets processes running, proactive and solutions focused
- Confident with an HRIS, technically minded and keen on automation over administration
