Director of Performance Creative

About the role

A leadership role owning the team and pipeline that produces high volume paid social video ads, with accountability for throughput and blended acquisition cost.

What you will do

• Own the pipeline from insight and brief through shoot, edit, launch and iteration
• Build personas and expand into new ones while running a structured creative testing system
• Direct creator and user generated content output, writing briefs and setting formats
• Set visual and tonal guardrails and direct creative across the full customer journey including retention

What they look for

• Eight or more years in performance creative or direct response marketing with ownership of paid video
• Experience marketing physical products direct to consumer
• Direct to consumer or consumer packaged goods background
• Fluency in metrics such as hook rate, hold, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, blended acquisition cost and lifetime value
• Strong instincts for female focused wellness brands and the midlife female consumer

• Helped scale a nine figure direct to consumer brand
• Direct response or video sales letter background
• Located in or open to relocating to Austin
