Head of Ambassador and Partner Growth

About the role

Lead the global partner-driven acquisition ecosystem, covering ambassador, referral, affiliate and growth partnership programs, and turn them into a scalable and profitable growth engine.

What you will do

• Own the global strategy and performance of ambassador, referral, affiliate and partnership programs
• Grow these channels into predictable and profitable sources of user acquisition
• Set channel strategies, budgets, incentive models and growth roadmaps
• Build and lead the team running these growth channels
• Recruit and manage relationships with ambassadors, affiliates, creators and community leaders
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and revenue-sharing agreements with partners

• Experience in partnership development and hands-on execution
• Ability to scale partner programs into measurable acquisition channels
