Group Account Director, Client Services

About the role

You will lead a client services pod, owning delivery execution, client outcomes and team performance. As the senior relationship owner for the pod's accounts, you will drive retention and expansion while setting operational standards as the pod scales.

What you will do

• Lead a growing pod of senior directors and their teams
• Oversee all client delivery across the pod, tracking utilisation, campaign pacing and resource allocation
• Serve as senior relationship owner and main escalation point for key accounts
• Coach and develop senior directors, giving feedback and removing blockers
• Identify expansion opportunities and churn risks, partnering with commercial leadership
• Establish scalable processes and consistent delivery standards across the pod
