Suits someone with a deep vendor and trial optimization background who can turn enrollment data into practical plans across therapeutic areas. The focus is on making studies enroll faster while keeping the patient at the center.

What you will do

• Set recruitment and retention strategy for each study, using partners, real-world data and new technology.
• Guide the team on enrollment forecasting, protocol feasibility, site selection and vendor management.
• Assess the financial effect of recruitment vendors and strategies, then brief key partners.
• Teach clinical operations staff trial optimization principles so the know-how spreads.

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years in patient recruitment, engagement and trial optimization at a pharma company, CRO or vendor.
• Hands-on knowledge of trial optimization vendors, methods, software models and database structures.

Nice to have

• Experience across oncology, rare disease, gastroenterology, neuroscience or plasma-derived therapies.
