Employee Benefit Operations Analyst

About the role

You will support benefit operations for a fast-growing benefits platform, handling customer queries and improving how benefits are delivered. The role spans administration, renewals and policy events with exposure to customers, insurers and internal teams.

What you will do

• Administer new business, setting up employer schemes and processing applications between employers, employees and insurers
• Support scheme renewals by working with employers, insurers and customer success teams to refine processes
• Own policy event administration such as joiners, leavers, dependents, cancellations and amendments
• Act as first line of investigation for benefit and policy queries and own issue resolution
• Liaise with insurers on escalations, track recurring issues and keep documentation high quality
• Complete induction and training in Dublin and visit quarterly for meetings and training

What they look for

• Two or more years in operations, insurance, benefits administration or customer support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several workstreams at once
• Clear written communication skills for working with varied stakeholders
• Comfort with fast-paced settings, ambiguity and evolving processes

Pay

EUR 17,000 to 18,000 per year
